Qualified Integrative Counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling and currently completing a CPCAB Level 6 Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People.
Work with adults, children, and young people, offering a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental therapeutic space.
Integrative approach drawing on Gestalt Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness.
Experience as a school counsellor in both primary and secondary settings, supporting children and young people with a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.
Areas of experience include anxiety, identity and belonging, discrimination, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, emotional regulation, social awareness, and neurodiversity.
Provide counselling in both English and Italian, including work with international clients in the UK and overseas.
Incorporate creative therapeutic approaches, including sand tray work and other expressive modalities, when words feel difficult to find.
Bring cultural awareness, empathy, and a genuine interest in understanding each person’s unique story.
