    • Qualified Integrative Counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
    • CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling and currently completing a CPCAB Level 6 Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People.
    • Work with adults, children, and young people, offering a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental therapeutic space.
    • Integrative approach drawing on Gestalt Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness.
    • Experience as a school counsellor in both primary and secondary settings, supporting children and young people with a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.
    • Areas of experience include anxiety, identity and belonging, discrimination, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, emotional regulation, social awareness, and neurodiversity.
    • Provide counselling in both English and Italian, including work with international clients in the UK and overseas.
    • Incorporate creative therapeutic approaches, including sand tray work and other expressive modalities, when words feel difficult to find.
    • Bring cultural awareness, empathy, and a genuine interest in understanding each person’s unique story.
    • Committed to building a trusting therapeutic relationship that supports self-awareness, resilience, personal growth, and meaningful change.
