- Ten years experience of working within a therapeutic and social care setting, working with clients on a short and long term basis with both adults and children.
- Experience of counselling primary and secondary school children.
- NHS IAPT trained, supporting people who have mild to moderate mental health difficulties, working on a short and long term basis.
- Parent-Child Attachment Play Practitioner – PCAP provider
- Experience working with eating disorders using the Christopher Fairburn approach.

- Qualified to level 6 in clinical/ non clinical supervision
- Extensive experience working in a generic counselling setting offering a broad range of skills.

- Extensive experience in long and short term counselling gained from working in the NHS IAPT team.
- Trained and experienced working with eating disorders with the Christopher Fairburn approach.
