Individual counselling

Whether it’s due to problems in your personal, home, or work life, everyone at one time or another needs support and for someone to listen.

We are here to provide just that – a supportive, confidential, and professional counselling service for adults and children.

Our individual counselling services are accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

You can make an appointment for counselling by calling our team on 01303 762949 or by completing the forms by clicking the button below.

What next?

Once you have applied, our team will contact you and you will be invited to be assessed by one of our counsellors. We will then work with you to establish what it is that you want from counselling and to set some goals together.

After the assessment is complete you will be contacted again once you have been assigned to a counsellor. We will contact you to arrange your first session. The therapy sessions are weekly and usually run for 50 minutes. We work both short and long term with therapy continuing until you and your counsellor feel you no longer benefit from the sessions.

We offer therapy sessions:

  • Virtually (Zoom)
  • Over the phone
  • Face to face at building (Click here to find us)

While waiting times to see an assessor and to meet your counsellor can vary depending on demand, you should expect a few weeks between each point of contact. If you have any questions in this period, feel free to contact us on 01303 762949.
