I had Thereza as my councillor and she was amazing. Very understanding and helped me process a lot. I would highly recommend her she’s so easy to open up to.

Brilliant Service
Brilliant service, 100% recommend. Welcoming, friendly and really, really good at what they do. I worked with Marty for the last few years and she has helped turn my anxiety issues around completely and worked through tons of stuff. We used a few techniques especially including EMDR recently, which was tough at first but really got results working on past experiences. Massive thanks to her, I feel ready to get on with life and deal with the future and a different person to when I started!
Life Changing
I saw Sophie for 18 months and believe it was life changing. I didn’t have one single thing or “big issue” to tackle, but our work together ended up helping me in so many different ways that I couldn’t have predicted. Self Horizons is private, quiet, and welcoming and I would recommend it to anyone. I am extremely grateful to Sophie for her support and expertise.
Quick Referral
Very quick referral, from assessment to being paired with Carly. I have nothing negative at all to say about self horizons. I worked with Carly for 6 months and she has helped change my view of who I am for the better. Would recommend to anyone.
